Boston Children's Hospital Simulator Program operates as a "post-graduate university" for trainees from multiple disciplines, departments and divisions throughout the hospital.

More than 30 component programs ranging from hour-long to full-day courses have been created to date. The course development pathway begins with the center coordinator and department clinician-educators to apply content expertise upon a foundation of adult learning principles.
